The QHotels Collection operate some of the best Hotels & Resorts in the UK. Made up of 21 four-star hotels and resorts across the UK, their carefully curated venues are proudly individual, but share the same commitment to memorable experiences and unflappable service. Their impressive portfolio consists of 14 Individual Hotels and 7 Branded Hotels, including 4 DoubleTree by Hilton resorts, 2 Delta by Marriott venues and 1 Mercure Hotel.

The company sees staff development and career progression as an essential part of their business. To help with this objective, in 2019, they formed a highly successful partnership with Babcock, who work with them to deliver exceptional Hospitality, Management and Business Skills apprenticeships.

By working collaboratively, bespoke training packages were designed and developed around the QHotels Collection business model. They are continually adapted and improved in order to provide the key knowledge, skills and behaviours required for apprentices to progress within the industry, whilst focussing on those topics and issues that are prevalent for their employer.

Branded learning materials and marketing collateral support the programmes offered, as do promotional events and open days, that are held upon request and tie in with national campaign opportunities such as National Apprenticeship Week and Hospitality Apprenticeship Week.

The QHotels Collection can utilise Babcock’s free, nationwide recruitment service that ensures a pipeline of talented and enthusiastic apprentices who are engaged with their job roles and the learning content of their programmes from the outset.
