Inspiro Training are thrilled to have joined forces with Côte, ahead of launching a new, bespoke apprenticeship development programme in April 2022.
Côte are a highly successful restaurant chain with a passion for serving the finest French cuisine. They provide customers with a relaxed all day dining experience, inspired by the brasseries of Paris, at over 90 locations across the UK.
Côte recognise that developing talent is critical to the continued growth of the company and they empower people to bring their personality and style into creating extraordinary experiences for their guests. The partnership with Inspiro will enable apprentices to progress into their perfect job roles and advance their careers. They will benefit from Inspiro’s 25 year track record within the sector, providing programmes that develop talented and passionate hospitality professionals.
Our dedicated team of professional chefs and hospitality managers are looking forward to helping Côte develop their team’s skills and confidence across various job roles.
Front of House – staff will be given the opportunity to join the new, bespoke Front Of House apprenticeship programme, enabling individuals to enhance their core Food and Beverage skills, whilst looking at how customer service delivery can be provided at the very highest level.
Back of House – the new Chef Academy will give back of house staff members the opportunity to learn all aspects of professional cookery and to be part of brand new, tailored cookery workshops that have been developed collaboratively with the Côte culinary team.
Restaurant Management – managers will enhance their business, people and customer relation skills. They will take on responsibility, learn to motivate staff and fulfil business objectives, whilst ensuring Côte’s customer service standards set them apart from the competition.
