Chef Academy
Our Chef Academy programme offers a selection of exciting masterclasses, innovative workshops and new experiences, culminating in an intensive learning opportunity that has been specifically designed to complement culinary apprenticeships. It is available to kitchen teams across the sector and combines a bespoke delivery model, tailored learner journey, a robust recruitment process and a brand-led approach.

Participants are immersed in classic and contemporary techniques. They experience hands-on learning and view professional chefs and butchers demonstrating their own skills, all within a supportive and creative environment, that is designed to encourage and elicit positive behaviours and expertise. Blending face-to-face and online learning gives an opportunity to harness and progress preparation skills, culinary ability and knowledge. The Academy inspires, enriches and creates an opportunity for staff to develop world class cooking skills and confidence.

Hospitality School
Built on the success of the Chef Academy, we have now created a wider Hospitality School that is constantly improving and expanding. We cover the whole of the UK, with a provision for England and a separate offering for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. It supports not only kitchen staff but other departments across the sector, covering a variety of career pathways.

Apprenticeship Recruitment
Our apprenticeship recruitment team understand that finding the right apprentice is important for each of our customers and we take great pride in the service we offer. We provide a free, dedicated resource support during the recruitment process to ensure high calibre apprentices are recruited for employers. We already recruit apprentices for many of our partners, designing and managing UK-wide attraction campaigns for the likes of Elior, Interstate Hotels and Marriott International. Each year we recruit over 1,700 talented apprentices onto a range of apprenticeship programmes.
