Last night, we hosted our first Inspiro People Awards to celebrate exceptional performance and embodiment of our Inspiro core values over the past year. 🏆 👏

The awards reflect our commitment to creating a culture of recognition where everyone's hard work is valued and appreciated.

We received a tremendous response with lots of nominations, making it a tough job to select our winners. But after careful consideration, we were able to choose 14 remarkable individuals.

📢📢We're thrilled to announce we’ve won 2 awards at the Learning Excellence Awards last night! 👏🏆🎉

Award categories won - New Course or Training Initiative & Outstanding Course or Initiative both for ‘Evolution’, an in-retailer training roadshow developed for our automotive partner, BMW Group Academy UK. The aim of the #training was to train 8,800 people on “Why Electric Matters?” in 6 consecutive weeks by July 2023. Representing 80% of all staff in the entire UK and Ireland BMW and MINI Retailer Network.

‘EVolution’ re-shaped conventional design and vastly exceeded client expectations. This fully inclusive and experiential training maximised digital, custom-built, and portable materials, and quantitively increased confidence levels by 30% while saving circa £2,350,000 for Retailers.

This April we’re supporting Skills for Care’s #CelebratingSocialCare campaign. 📢 Social care is such an important part of society and the highly skilled, passionate, and hard-working people who work in social care make a vital contribution to our communities. 👏

We’re also celebrating our 6 year partnership with Anchor delivering Level 2 – 5 Adult Care apprenticeships across their sites. Anchor is England’s largest provider of specialist housing and care for people in later life and have 135 care homes across the country. We’re extremely proud of the partnership with Anchor who are so passionate about the skills and career development of their staff. ❤

Congratulations to our Commis Chef learner Maria Duong who has achieved a distinction in her apprenticeship and is the first to complete the Cote Chef Academy programme.👏🎉

Maria cooks up a storm at the fine French food restaurant chain Côte in Hay’s Galleria in London and we couldn't be more proud of her!

She started her Level 2 Commis Chef apprenticeship training in October 2022 and has since been promoted to Chef De Partie. 👩‍🍳

We work in partnership with Cote to deliver the Chef Academy which allows back-of-house staff members to learn all aspects of professional cookery.
